The Agamemnon Channel area (between Nelson Island and Pender Harbour) is also a popular spot to see glass sponge reefs and other amazing ecosystems. Dive down to 150 feet (45 meters) to check out BC’s rare Gorgonian Sea Fans.

Off Egmont
One of the more popular dive spots is at the Skookumchuck Rapids, but due to the dangerous nature of the tides, it’s recommended for experienced divers only.
The wreck of the HMCS Chaudiere is located just beyond the Skookumchuck Rapids in Sechelt Inlet, is one of the must-dive spots on the Sunshine Coast.
